me and the mrs have some nice beef mince in the fridge for tea this evening, was thinking of making it into a meat loaf or something and popping it into the slow cooker for the rest of the day? has anyone got any other ideas for it???
cheers for the ideas guys, i went with burgers with plenty of chilli in and some sweet-corn, topped with cheddar, and served with home-made garlic oven wedges and salad! will let you know how it turns out!
