It sounds silly, but I'm never sure what to have for dinner, I rarely 'fancy' anything and SWIMBO can't make a decision on anything!

So how do you work out what to eat for the week, I'm never one to be able to go to the shop and pick out food for a week unless I make a huge chilli and make it last 4 or so days!

I guess I just need to do more shopping and make sure I have stuff around, the trouble is I always end up cook the same thing. Peppers, onion, tomatoes and chilli in a pan...

Maybe I need to find some more 'staple' dishes...

Yep. Keep it simple and easy. Staple can be lovely.

Tonight was a quick dinner... ....sliced chorizo, onion and chicken - fried off and then with a tin of tomatoes added. Served with pasta. Simply lovely.
Mmmmm, sounds nice. Do you chop the chicken into chunks or leave it whole?

Let me know how it goes
Will do!

However, I need to find something to deviate away from pasta, I eat loads of the stuff

OK, leave the pasta and chuck in a tin of cannellini beans. Did this a few weeks back with some crusty bread too. Lovely.
So the score is 7/10, which is good for a first go smile

Forgot about the bread, and it needed a little herbal flavour to it (apparently the OH doesn't count chilli as a herb, and I forgot to add any salt and pepper!) and it might have been a little bit sloppy. However, it will be made again as it was really easy.
