Need a really good Fudge Recipe

need a really good fudge recipe- tried to make Tablet the other day and it went really wrong- too much muscavado sugar- and overcooking it didn't help.

Clotted Cream Fudge would be perfect!

I don't have it with me at work, but I've got a foolproof receipe which uses mainly icing sugar and caramac bars - I'll be cooking up a batch at the weekend for pressies!

I'll post it up when I get home later

that would be brilliant- and it sounds totally intriguing! need to make some for Chrimbo presents too.
