Wine recommendation

Can anyone recommend a decent bottle of white and a rose wine?
Wanting to get a bottle of each for the the outlaws for Christmas. I don't drink wine though so am a little lost!
Aiming to spend about £10 a bottle.

Not sure if Shrewsbury is famed for its wine making
