Ok, so I can't be arsed with proper cooking (for myself), even eating food gets on my nerves sometimes as it gets in the way of doing other "stuff".

I just want to get in and make something as quick as possible. I buy a sandwich at dinner (lunch for you southerners) and I only eat takeaway at weekends.

My favourite "recipe" is this nuked for 2 mins:

mixed with this

with a small bag of salad.

Another favourite is crumpets with whatever.

So anyone else got any recipes they'd like to share? smile

And yes I can cook a bit if I can be arsed or when I'm eating with others - but most of the time I can't if I'm on my own - or if I'm lucky my gf will cook for me. wink

That is pretty disgusting, why not make up a good thick Minestrone in bulk and then freeze it into smaller daily portions, and cook yourself some Curries or whatever and do the same, much cheaper, healthier, and quicker in the long run.

There are some really good simple recipes about on the web and on here in particular, just ask.
I really like it - and you can mix and match all the different flavours of rice and tuna.

Anyway, your plan seems to involve some form of cooking even if it is in advance - but I'm interested in stuff I can throw together quickly without having to use my freezer. smile

Fresh Pasta and sauce?

Fresh pasta - Boil water - put pasta in for 3-4 minutes.
Sauce - Microwave for 2-3 minutes

Combine the two.

Eat.

Relatively healthy, and not much hassle.

Either that or just get a chicken kebab, minus the mayo dressing - chilli sauce is okay and the salad is obviously not bad!

Theres worse ways to survive! wink
Yeah - I do the fresh pasta and sauce thing.

I should point out that I am the healthiest/fittest I've ever been in my life. I go to the gym regularly, I just can't be bothered with cooking for myself - I will make the effort if I'm eating with someone else. smile
