Cheese, im a bit soft

Im a bit sissy when it comes to cheese im a Mild Cheddar and Mozzarella kinda guy.

I did run into Blackbomber Cheddar and its fantastic. Its mature rich and creamy.

Any others to try? I can cope with Stilton in soup but not on its own!

Brie, Emmental not for me chaps.

Spent lots of time in France and could not hack the stuff. Amongst other French looking cheddar crap . As you can see I am not very good with names. Although Reclette (sp?) Is one i did enjoy whilst in the Alps.
