Easy romantic meal for tonight, recipe please

G/F's Birthday today and said I would cook tonight. I have go no idea what to do, although I am OK in the kitchen.

She does not like - seafood or lamb.

Any suggestions?

cooked the salmon dish with fresh pasta. Absolutely fantastic, will cook again. Sauce has a lovely depth to it, but still light. Also easy and quick. Thanks for all the help.

Simple, tasty and can be well-presented. If in doubt, cook some fresh tagliateli up, and it makes a great pasta dish.
