Mackerel fillets....

Anyone got any suggestions? They looked good in our nice new fishmonger's.

I got him to fillet them as SWMBO can't be arced with bones...

And I'd forgotten I was given HFW's Fish for Xmas, so I fried them with bay and garlic and served them with new potatoes and a tomato salad
