I think im going too have a look at le creuset then, Ive had to throw away all my pans, a 5yo tefal set
I really liked the red spot wok (but not for stirfrys, just using as a frying pan) so ive replaced that for the moment, im going to get a steel wok from the chinese supermarket (i used to have one, but the handle fell off & it wasnt big enough) and then perhaps a couple of le creuset pans and a le creuset griddle.
Oh and another question is teflon poisonous as the wok i was using seemed to be losing the teflon coating...
