I think im going too have a look at le creuset then, Ive had to throw away all my pans, a 5yo tefal set

I really liked the red spot wok (but not for stirfrys, just using as a frying pan) so ive replaced that for the moment, im going to get a steel wok from the chinese supermarket (i used to have one, but the handle fell off & it wasnt big enough) and then perhaps a couple of le creuset pans and a le creuset griddle.

Oh and another question is teflon poisonous as the wok i was using seemed to be losing the teflon coating...

Our stock pans are made by these guys - http://www.fisslercookware.co.uk/

We also have a few odds & sodds for stews and casseroles.
+1 have had ours for 15yrs and still the same as the day that we bought them, they just never mark and they are used virtually daily.
Makro have 80% off professional fissler pans until december so looks like im going to get a few of them.
