Has anyone been yet? http://www.doncasterfreepress.co.uk/freetime/Cask-...

I'm trying it this evening.

Oh, and spare us the anti-Doncaster/Northern jibes if you please!

It was well worth a visit. Relaxed atmosphere, unfinished decor and a metal detector hanging from the ceiling! It's a work in progress!

A full range of local cask ales from very light to black treacle with over 100 different bottles to choose from. Friendly bar staff and a late licence.

9 out of 10.

Out of interest, what were the prices like? Say an average price for a keg pint versus a premium bottle. Cheers...
It varies as you'd imagine but for a keg pint you're talking £2.40 and £3 for a bottle. I paid £2.30 for half a Timmerman's strawberry which was fantastic.
