I like the screamy sort of rock!
I would also add, just because he suited his music / band so well, Lemmy!

Loads to choose from, but I would say Jon Anderson by far the best voice.
Not a fan of prog rock, or anything by Yes! but his collaboration with Vangelis showed he does have a truly amazing voice, and the ability to do some quirky stuff.
