Splendid, I was going to fire up Thomas. P. Heckmann - Amphetamine. However, I seemed to recall it was in this Larry G set from '94.
Fortunately, I saw Garnier about this time, this is his absolute peak IMNSHO.
Edit: Garnier from about 29 mins on, seriously MACH ONE is pretty damn good, if you have the patience.

Some great tracks posted in here. I was 16 when house/electro/acid/techno kicked off and it's driven my musical life. I make music, a couple of recent-ish tracks in vein of this thread. Strictly amateur, tucked up in the loft with a pile of vintage Roland kit, but thought you might enjoy them anyway
Just finishing this one at the moment, going for a mid-90s apocalyptic vibe
https://soundcloud.com/nebpor/hardware-security-mo...
Or this blatant Maurizio style dubby sound
https://soundcloud.com/nebpor/hsm-in-lockdown-syse...
All about the 303 though

He later lifted the above wholesale for "there can be only one" his "starship universe EP". I like both, but prefer the version below.
He also had this banger on the EP
Later on he lost the run of himself, and released piss weak remixes and only played them out. The above got really hard to find, not even looked if they're available digitally anywhere, last time IIRC they weren't.

Awesome thread... I was going to say thanks for the tip down memory lane, but it's more of a set of vague flashbacks. Some great tracks listed so far.
My contribution.
Happy memories of that song. Pitch black club... Lots of smoke... Single green cone laser... Bass cabinets the size of a car. Great times.
Also saw moby (in his 1000 days before he went poppy) supporting 808 states tour in the early 90s. WHAT A GIG!

Dewey, in the immortal words of Richard Melville Hall: oh yeaaaah ah eh oh yeeeaaah
Edit: Last time I heard that was at a Kraftwerk after party, around 2008 (IIRC). It did the damage, as you'd expect. I was on nodding terms with Florian.
Edit again: fk me, it was 2004!
Easily the greatest Techno tracks ever committed to vinyl. However, once you start down this path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will.

Now we get to the nub, the greatest live Techno act, bar none. There’s no debate, really.
You may have heard Orbital on the radio, on earphones, on a stereo, maybe even in a club, and thought "I like that, that's pretty good". However, if you have saw Orbital live, and experienced them, then you, fundamentally, understand. They are so many levels above other live Techno outfits, that they are playing a different sport. You want to know what 7th dimension sound is like? See Orbital live, and then you'll find out, Orbital are special, very, very special.
