Coming from a conniseur such as you sir I shall take that as a big, big compliment (I also have a JS2000 which is great as the fixed bridge means easy changes in tuning).
You must have some JSs no?

When I was 15 I went to see Steve Vai at the Newcastle City on his Sex & Religion tour. The show was terrible, the sound awful and stupidly, stupidly loud, and the lighting consisted of the brightest white lights known to man pointed out from the stage directly into the faces of the audience. Most of the time was spent with our fingers in our ears and our eyes squeezed shut. But. In the program, there was a full page ad for Vai's new signature Jem, the 7BSB and I thought it was the most awesome looking guitar I'd ever seen in my life. Bit out of reach for a 15 year old kid that had just started playing though.
