With apologies for hogging the thread just lately, few more Bandcamp finds for you all.

First up, Galway's Harvester

What's more, they're giving it away free, which is nice!

Next one is Wide Eyes, which is probably Tuscaneer's cup of tea.

Works very well as chill out stuff for me, so hope they don't go and despoil it with rubbish growly vocals.

Love the instruments but I reckon it would sound tons better with a vocalist with a voice more like Ozzy to contrast with the growly guitars.

Check out the 3 Badlands albums he did with Jake E Lee, fantastic blues based rock.

Off topic slightly, but could anyone recommend me some good 2012 metal cd's? I prefer my metal in the thrash/death vein.

Recently ordered the new meshuggah and the new testament cds, but i stillI have a few amazon vouchers i need to use up smile

Ah, but is that old school, technical or melodic death? smile

Am partial to all, but perhaps veering towards the technical

Aah, not my favoured flavour sadly, so can't really help. Have to say I've lost touch with thrash as well. I'm at that point where I'm pretty much unplugged from what's out there and who's releasing what, just tend to find stuff online these days.
