Yeah they seem to have abandoned their guitar indie band roots and are now firmly into the whole gloomy synth sound. I really like his vocals but whenever I load up the back catalog, I seem to skip over the currrent and previous albums and go with the trusted earlier ones! I'll give it a few more listens but there aren't really any stand out tracks for me.
