Off to see Thunder tonight at the garage in Islington. Should be a good gig as Thunder never disappoint and it will be good to see them in a small venue.
Is it a acoustic gig ?
It was a plugged in gig supporting their work with the NSPCC with all proceeds going to the charity. They have just released a greatest hits so they played all of their most popular songs. It was fantastic tbh, Danny Bowes voice never ceases to amaze me. A great night out and one of the best Thunder gigs I've been to.

Ah I didn't know Steve Diggle had taken over from Pete Shelley, thanks.

ETA - can't find any gig listings. Things have been understandably quiet for the band since Shelley's passing. Anyone clarify on tour dates??

I'm seeing him at the Roundhouse in 3 weeks. When he played Brixton two years ago I got a pair of backstage passes and met him & his missus (and Ade Fenton, who was a bit of an rse!)
