I already do, but I bought it to help it go in at no.1 and further raise the profile of the situation and help put pressure on Western Governments to find a solution to the crisis.

It's been all over the news for over a month, how much more coverage does it need? Governments/biotech companies are already working on an antidote. But it is not an overnight fix. I fail to see what this single does other than briefly raise the profile of some music artists,l

Intend to buy it tomorrow. I'll never play it because it's crap.
So why buy it? You'd be better off giving the money to the Red Cross, DEC or OxfamMutley said:

great article.
excellent "Certainly, I don’t want to be told how to behave philanthropically by a man worth an estimated £32 million, a man who is said to use tax avoidance schemes (it is telling that when a journalist asked him two years ago how much tax he paid, Geldof exploded at her, saying: 'My time? Is that not a tax?’ Well, no, Bob, it isn’t). I don’t want to be implored to give charitably by a band that travels in separate private jets because they don’t get on (One Direction), or by a man who avoids Irish taxes while simultaneously telling the Irish government to help developing countries (Bono). "
Geldoffs just pissed that russel brand is trying to usurp his role as prince lord-in-chief biggest sanctimonious ego wking tosspot.
they'll join up in a final divine effort to lecture us in saving the world and bring about the apocalypse as the world drowns in it's own vomit one day. don't say i didn't warn you.

Given Geldof and friends antics and the number of charities already based in Africa who know a helluva lot more about how to help resolve some of Africa's long term issues, why does anyone bother with these muppets. Even the Africans are turning against them.

The Band Aid thing seems to have become an exercise in self aggrandising promotion. What would really make a difference would be if Bob F******g Geldof gave some of his many millions to charity rather than shoving another half arse-dly produced piece of dross down the throats of the British public whilst simultaneously reaching into their already stretched pockets.
