Yep, she is a Reliant Kitten body on a spaceframe chassis with a 4.0l Rover V8, Lotus Sunbeam ZF gearbox and Jag diff/IRS... First appeared in the early 80s in Wendy Wools Special Saloons and then passed through quite a few hands, never doing that much, until I picked it up last year
And PGD5, I've gotta say that for the money I've spent I could easily have picked up a Westy or a Radical Clubsport - but that would be too easy! And at least I'm not going to lose it in the paddock Can't see me ever getting rid of it unless I find an old Thundersaloon RS500 or a GT40 in a barn somewhere...

I assume that it's the car that Ginger Marshal raced in the 80's. It was a childhood favourite of mine

That might be mine?
At points it has been metallic green, then white with yellow and blue on it, then purple and yellow, and now bright red! Ginger's car was a light blue and I think had only the one colour scheme. If it was mid-90s and in NW Sports/Saloons it was probably my car...

John Bradburns Cosworth HB Gould managed 139MPH over the finish line at Curborough and if you've been there before, I'm sure you know that is pretty bloody impressive!

Masters - Donington
Is that a Type 30? If so, the yellow Classic Team one makes my eyes rattle when it's going around the test track! And how pretty is the little Elite

It sure is! I think there are three currently out in historics. The yellow CTL one, the BRG above and a white one campaigned by Matthew Watts. Poor Skylinecrazy had to listen to me waffle endlessly about nonsense all Saturday afternoon.
Did I mention we had a private tour around CTL a couple of months ago? As a thanks for all the 'can you justs' we do for them.
The yellow one was in there, in all it's glory
Oh brilliant! What was in at the time? It's 3 years since I was there so probably different kit I'd imagine. These are from our trip. Not a bad little perk!
Up on a stand in the background is the monocoque of Jimmy's 1965 Indy winning Type 38. We weren't supposed to photograph it but it snuck into the background here.

By fortuitous coincidence, we found ourselves in North Wales last weekend while the Cambrian Rally was staging its annual blast around the infamous Great Orme SS in Llandudno. Unfortunately we could only spare an hour, but what a brilliant hour it was watching intrepid rallyists. The locals ascend the adjacent hillside like mountain goats for the optimum vantage point. It was terrific.
