Wilwood Brakes

Might be a repeat, but has anyone used a Wilwood brake system on their Ultima ? If so what were the part numbers / setup?

I understand the the safety issues, although the Ultima's original system was off a Ford Granada and it's still offered as a option. I'm asking because i want to explore whats available in smaller rim sizes.
