TV in the bedroom?

Many years ago, we put video and audio distribution systems around the house. We put a tv in the master bedroom (hidden in a cupboard on a cantilevered bracket). In the first year, we used it a handful of times. After that? Never.
Slightly off topic but many years ago a mate had a full house wired A/V system done costing tens of thousand. It was very impressive at the time, but totally redundant these days. You could do the same today with a few hundred quid worth of NAS drive and Chromecasts, without even considering the streaming options.

Yup. I did the same. You could do the same today with a few hundred quid worth of NAS drive and Chromecasts, without even considering the streaming options.
