Sub £300 Soundbar - Wireless Sub and HDMI Passthrough?

In the process of renovating our lounge and at the wife's request, the tv is now wall mounted on a pivoting mount. So I'm after a new soundbar, one which I can mount above the tv off the VESA brackets, has a wireless subwoofer and at least one HDMI passthrough.
Am I asking too much for £300? Any recommendations please?
