Sky+ Pace 3100 failed HDD. Any deals on Sky HD available?

Currently got 2 Sky+ boxes on multiroom Sky World.
One of the Sky+ boxes (Pace 3100) has developed faults with the HDD. Anyone know what disk I could replace it with? Secondly are Sky currently doing any decent deals for existing subs to get HD? If so - what boxes are good and which are crap? Are Amstrad still s
