It will depend on the date as work tends to get in the way sometimes but I would be in for an event like this. I broke my drag strip cherry this year but I need to prove to myself that I can do better and it is a right laugh too. Good luck with this one Derek, there must be enough people up for this.

Cheers, Anthony.

Excellent - the two of us can meet at yours or mine and drive there in convoy.

G - pleased you are coming, I have it in the diary, hopefully Sam will be ok with it.

Your getting ahead of me here Paul.
And you spelt my name wrong tut!

I will compile a full detailed list that will include more from the tvrcc site also.
I think at the last count we had about 16 cars already. If it gets big enough we can even start thinking of hiring the pod to ourselves for a day!

There seem to be the best cars wanting to get involved which is fantastic but we also need to get all the standard cars and 1/4 mile virgins involved. Spread the word people

100% agree with you. The event will be just as good if not better for stock cars and it would so good for every one to have a go. I have posted on another forum to ask if they want to come, I will also ask Topcats if they want to bring the Tuscan challenge car. I can also ask some of the other chaps I know but lets see what the response is.

Will not step on your toes - you are the gaffer but you asked me to keep the thread high

Maybe we can do this more tha once and another option if we get say 50 definite cars is to hire the track to ourselves for a day. I need to enquire on this option.

Hi Richard
I dont see a problem with the 9th it will be good to show up on what is a BMW weekend.

The 23rd /24th is the bugjam which will be far too busy for us to get enough track time i think.

At some point after more discussion we may have to put the date options on a vote thread and let the majority decide.
