Hey, I'd rather be heading to Switzerland to be fair. hehe

Clive, I know you're a bit more technically minded than me but I have been bugged by an intermitent misfire for years.

Do you have any wiring/ECU on top of your battery by any chance? If so, move them off the top and to the side. I found that this, coupled with some random jiggling about with the wires helped to cure my misfire. I think that the heat from the battery was not helping.

ETA - thinking on, the battery is under the bonnet in the wedge, isn't it? Forget my wire jiggling suggestion! rolleyesbiggrin

Lol thanks for the suggestions Jon.
I think its linked with the injection. I have changed everything on the ignition side now & of course cleanned all the earths I can find. Temp sensor is next!

Clive, well impressed with the Photo's. I guess that's the Monaco Tunnel in the picture. I went through it a couple of years ago in a 360 Spider (very slowly and VERY carefully). Pleased to see that the car is running well, all that effort paid off. What was your time at the Ring?

I'm going to be heading for Blackpool on Sunday if anyone wants to join me for the run up there. I think my wife is coming too so can't offer a lift. If things change I'll let you know.

Anyone thought of a setting off time?

Huw
Hi Huw.
Managed it in 12 minutes with hot brakes by the end lol!! maybe room for improvement on the suspension for a future run!!
