Hi everyone

Some of you have contacted me with questions about the 2016 Rutland Rumble. Please note due to prior commitments I'm not running it this year so if anyone else needs further info please refer to the topic in the TVRCC Events forum.

I hope the Rumble goes well for the organisers and everyone who attends.

Cheers,
L'rs

No, anyone can attend. I seem to remember it's a fiver a car on the gate. )ver 600 cars last year
There won't be 600 odd cars this year if the TVRCC members are too elitist to advertise it here.

I imagine it would have gotten deleted anyways...

Not having been to Burghley before I was just wondering what the format is for the Sunday? Is it basically park in the field and have a wander around admiring others pride and joys? And have a wander around the house and gardens if you want. Are there any TVR specialists or stalls there too?

Stalls include the TVRCC shop, PPC incorporating Leven Technology, Scenic and classic car tours, Classic line insurance, James Agger Autosport, Classic driving development Ltd, SD Autotech, HF solutions and many more, also a fine food market.

Yes, you park on a huge bowl of a grassy field in front of the hall. There are trade stands, a time line of TVR cars, everyone else's cars, some pretty special cars and so on.
There is also the hall and gardens to see, and the last two years there has been a local food fair as well, selling quality local produce......only way I got Erin Dawes, to whom I am related by marriage, to come along.
It's a tad nippy standing around chatting etc, especially if a brisk breeze gets up, so wear warmer clothes than you first think of.
