Utopia - Channel 4
Discussion
Sounds like an interesting looking new series on Channel 4 beginning on 15th Jan at 10pm
"Utopia will follow a group of people who find themselves in possession of a manuscript of a cult graphic novel. The tome is rumoured to have predicted the worst disasters of the last century and the group soon find themselves targeted by a shadowy organisation known only as The Network."

"It’s a very dark comedy, the kind that British TV excel at, at sits well alongside Black Mirror, Dead Set, Misfits and Being Human"
Sounds right up my street![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
Review of the first episode, maybe some spoilers.

I've been intrigued by the self-conscious trailers and will plus this tonight. Is it IMDB describing it as akin to those other things? Because I don't watch any of those other things. I wonder what they mean by "very dark comedy"? Violent, political, doomy, grim, tasteless, or just not actually very funny?
Let's see.
Let's see.
