It's had a few mentions in the 'Netflix gems' thread.
We watched it all in about 2 days after seeing it get good mentions in there. We really enjoyed it, thought the acting was great. Highly recommended.

Yeah, basically seems to reference the whole of the eighties, nicely done, music is superb, filmed really nicely and good characters, well worth a go.

Thought it was really great, it definitely peaked sort a 3rd to half way through and tailed off a bit towards the last two though even then it was still great.

What's odd is my 60+ yr old parents love it too.... but it's sci-fi, and they rarely enjoy proper sci-fi.

I thought the cast was pretty good and enjoyed Winona Ryders proclivity to waving her arms around and pointing aggressively for no real apparent reason.


Easily among my favourite bits of 'TV'.

Really enjoying it, sad to read that there's only 6 eps - I'm on 5 and thought I had plenty more.

In the great tradition of Netflix stuff both the stuff they make and buy in, it's not like much else on transmitted TV, it's well made, well acted and has a story arc. They seem to make films, but stretch them out a bit and chop them into a series.

Was trying to work out why the logo looked familiar. After seeing an article in the Telegraph it's because it's basically a variation on the classic 'Stephen King' headliner from the book covers.

Three episodes in and i'm really enjoying it. It looks a tiny tiny bit low budget in some places but it is a Netflix production of course and not something made by a large network and it certainly doesn't ruin it in any way.
