I get it's evolved and I'm more than happy for it to just be what it is but it wasn't just the title, there was an active countdown and associated beeps at the bottom of the screen at very regular intervals to enforce the "24 hours in..." element and that's what I was eluding to.

Next you'll be telling me that they sometimes use other gears in Top Gear
