If the vehicle inspection pit isn't converted into a wine cellar he has no imagination.

It would seem this episode started back in 2011 - I wonder if it has been completed yet.

Not sure it would fetch that round here if it went to market to be honest.

Completely different but this one is a stones throw away.

I've just watched it and felt quite smug but incredibly proud. Ours is being featured on a different show later this spring (I'm quite sure they'll make us look like idiots). But F'#Uck ME, the guy is a building surveyor - he's doubled the budget and you can't even see out of the living room windows from the sofa. Still, according to George it's the greatest thing he's ever seen built. To me, it looks pap. For the record, we've gone over budget because we've gone further with the grounds than we'd hoped. Take that £20K off, and we'd be within, and then some. (I never accounted for pony fencing/landscaping as I thought it's put the hubster off = lady maths)I can't wait to get the flak...

Your right very different they would get £450 it's very nice and I'm sure you could reconfigure it to get more than 2 beds that guest suite was huge.

The train did look like it was rattling past about 10 yards from your bedroom though.

The fished article was very nice, and quite a size, but it does one have two bedrooms and that is strong money for a two bed in any bodies book.

Mill Pub & Restaurant is next door. Access is via the entrance road to a large Morrisons (road runs between car park and petrol station). Not the best spot in town by any stretch. £450k is strong money for anything in Stone.

Still lovely though.

A couple of miles out of town. Needs work but 8 beds in 1.2 acres...

they seemed quite a nice couple (and really tiny) and well done them for taking a project like that on. I half expected the place to fall down once they started moving all that soil from the sides

would be interested to know what the place would be valued at now

hehe So thats why I remember thinking - Blimey George is a tall lad! The couple were just in proportion to each other.

Liked it, really like the series too. Didnt like the train track.
