Another good episode

But that police Vectra shouldn't have been on a '57 plate, it was a prefacelift model that finished in '06

Sooo, synths have blue 'blood', but Leo's synth wired him up to the light to get power after being beaten up, but he hasn't got blue blood or green eyes, confused . Human with synth bits?

Oh and Anita is still creepy.

Can't believe it's taken so long for the teenage son to try to touch Anita up. At his age, I was shagging Dysons as soon as my mum was out.

Thought it was slow in parts, but then the introduced the standard touching up of the hot synth smile
It was a knocking bet that prossie synth would kill a punter
But the best bit by far for me was seeing what i thought was a human getting plugged into the light

Overall a great second episode

I watched episodes one and two this evening. I like it. I think the pacing is spot on. Rather than skirt around the tropes of the genre, it embraces them and gets on with telling the story.
As expected everyone on PH will identify the cars not being right for either the present or the near future. I look at it as not the near future but alternate present day, where AI and robotics raced ahead of other technologies.

Wonderful stuff. This to me is real classic Channel 4. The type of stuff they were doing back in the early days.

Cannot wait for next week. It really has got me hooked.

Well I did wonder when the main family - two working parents, big gaff, designer kitchen - had a scene outside by the family Sharan/Galaxy/Alhambra. I mean, all that disposable income and they have a family car worth <£1k ? What gives?

And the policeman - picked up from home, taken to crime scene, hardly does anything there and then leaves?

Aside from that, I'm enjoying the ethical debate and other issues. The nurse was excellent as a possible future - the state nannying by proxy - and the outmoded but lovable old tech forced to live in the shed (nod to 'Shaun of the Dead?'?).

How many episodes left?

Whilst the program is fine I'm finding the whole AI subject in films, tv and books is becoming a bit incessant.

I'm hoping that all the plot strands tie up, otherwise there are too many of them, some of them frankly a bit dull.

Well, it's not too bad. Watchable at least so far. Good to see the somewhat Orwellian approach of the "carer".

Also the plate belongs to a 407 estate so there is a case to be heard for fraud...or a shoddy Prop department.

Any chance 968's mate can have a word and get them to sort themselves out?.
