Anyone started on Jack Ryan yet? I've done the first two episodes so far and will likely binge the rest this weekend.

So far so good, first impressions are is it's like how Homeland should be, or would be without Carrie angst but with a small side order of non cheesy early Strike Back action (if that can be a compliment) hehe
Started it last night and think it's great so far.

Preacher - We've just finished Season 1 and moved straight onto Season 2. The first couple of episodes we weren't entirely sure what it was all about but we soon got into it and now can't stop watching it!

Goliath - I loved both seasons of this. In my eyes it's Billy Bob Thornton playing Bad Santa the lawyer! Can't wait for Season 3.

Bosch - Loved the first couple of seasons and then kind of lost interest. Tried watching the third season a couple of times and found myself staring at my phone rather than the tv quite a lot.

If I was starting again I'd start with Preacher, then Bosch and finish with Goliath. By the time you've watched the first two shows the third season of Goliath might nearly be out.

Mentioned about the good feedback on here about Jack Ryan to hubby, who instantly said 'ooh yes I have been meaning to mention this one to you!' . So starting it tonight! Really was hoping to avoid another new series but this looks too good to miss!

Ryan.... binged. Excellent I thought. No spoilers from me but some real eye opening twists in there. Good writing

I've one left to go. I thought the opening couple of episodes were a but by the numbers and some obvious twists, I was worried it was going to be like later series of 24. When it go into it's stride though it's been really good. I like the way they've treated the baddies. They're bad, but also tragic and you can partially empathise with them.

Season 2 already confirmed which is good new.

Main actor is married to Emily Blunt. Lucky man!

Likewise - did the whole thing on Sunday. Very impressed, thoroughly enjoyable viewing and the quality was maintained from start to finish.

....And how had I managed not to watch Bosch before recently. Brilliant

Finished S2 and am having a break, don't want to binge too much and then end up with nothing to watch.

Saying that there are some weekly Netflix series that are reaching "binge readyness" i.e. all ready to watch.

Jumped into Ozark S2 last night.

To be honest we should have watched the end of S1 again, because we'd basically completely forgotten where it had left off, and spent most of the time trying to remember who'd done what to whom.

Binged it, enjoyed it, but I don't think they got the balance right between action and the technical/politics/intrigue, too much action for me from jack.

Saw the endgame from miles off, which spoiled it a bit, but nicely done. Eps 2 & 3 were really good IMHO.

Whilst I did enjoy Jack Ryan and look forward to more series, I didn’t “warm” to him - maybe poor acting or script, however, I did think the Mum and also the girlfriend was done well as was the main baddy. They seemed to rush the last 2 episodes though - spread it out over the last 3/4 episodes or have 11/12 episodes to keep the right pace.
