Another funny and really good episode - I wonder how that will develop

Spolier alert as this will give a close insight in to todays episode...

I wonder if I could persuade my partner to sign a binding room mate agreement smile Also, I'm dissapointed in the Twister game - I wanted to see skins!

I do wonder if the series finale will involve Amy getting Sheldon drunk, having coitus and then Sheldon breaking their relationsip off as a violation of the agreement...

Because of this I learned that the crazy scientist from Independence Day was data smile :

I did not know that hehe
It's funny that, through the episodes and films, even though he's an android, you can see his face get fatter hehe

I'm still hoping Leonard Nimoy comes on the show. I'd love to see how that plays out. I can imagine Sheldon having a full on break down.
Now that would be a season finale smile

Just watched The Cohabitation Formulation on E4 and it's a really good episode and I like that at the end you see real development in Sheldon and his friendship with Penny smile

Well the new episode (The Speckerman Recurrence) was not too bad although I thought it lacked some humor compared to other episodes.
I enjoyed it, but it did indeed lack a lot of humour - I feel the Speckerman storyline could have been done better.

Indeed, one of the poorer episodes of this season, the Speckerman plot was quite predictable and is anyone getting a bit bored of the constant lesbian-esque lines from Amy?
ETA Spoiler

I had hoped that Sheldon would step in and use some kind of pain device on Speckerman or something to give him his comeuppance - The end part where they were running down the stairs was, apparently, him chasing them which wasn't depicted well.

And I don't think they're that often, I do, however, want Amy and Sheldon to have engaged in Coitus as that in itself would provide a world of humour.

Personally I hope that at some point Penny and Bernadette will engage in some kind of strawberry jelly bra and panties fight though...

Was the Speckerman one, the one before the bridesmaids ones, that was ok. Sheldon's/Penny' reactions as ever made the ep.

Happened to see the first ep yesterday (e4 showing them on a loop) and Leonard makes a crack about Sheldon being a semi-pro masturbater. Which doesn't seem to fit the character that Sheldon is to become.
I noticed this too, I guess they weren't quite sure which way to take Sheldon - I think they've got him right otherwise he might have moved too close to the character that Leonard is.

I really, really hope that something "human" happens to Sheldon to see how he reacts to/copes with it - by Human, I mean coitus or something...

I'm loving that it's on constant runs on E4 as I get to watch episodes that I had previously forgotten about - such as the one where they all get high and Sheldon sees Penny naked... Love that one smile

I like Amy, I do however not like the way she delivered her lines, I can't put my finger on it though - she CAN act, there's just something missing - perhaps she's not deadpan enough?

I can just see Howard, Raj and Leonard trying in vain to persuade Sheldon to leave the smelly hippies he's with and return to his research, while he turns his considerable intellect toward finding excuses as to why he should remain having free love and why physics is unimportant!

I'd only want it to last for an episode or maybe a two part special though! (even though the first episode has Sheldon more comfortable with the idea of having an orgasm, I reserve the right to now pretend that didn't happen and he's never had one!)
I agree, a short lapse and then back to normal. I see the possibility as Sheldon (and this is why I cringe) as being a 'cool dude', like Peter Parker in SPidey 3. Basically a 'gift' to women, his take on Howard's act for the past four years.

Yeah I forget it too, best to treat it as textbook history, it only happened if we remember it.
Easy to write into the plot, with an accident in Leonards lab, leaving Sheldon with a short term change in personality. The concussion / change wearing off after one full episode, leaving plenty of scope over the next episode, for a "what have I done" reaction, when he spots a naked and satisfied Amy in his bed
I can't see that working - naked Amy? hehe

I'm sure it would only be implied, an Amy clutching the covers to her bosom with a satisfied look on her face! With a horrified Sheldon next to her!
Or a horrified Amy - "that's NOT where it goes...."

Was this a proper new episode and if so was it broadcast in the UK?. I have lost track what with all the "new" episodes being shown that are really just new repeats.
Er. No. It was retrieved through the power of torrents
