It reminds me of old school car based TV programmes. Wooden, mawkish but earnest in it's love of cars.

The knob in the R8 didn't help himself however, hope it works out better for him in the old American.

Should add anyone worrying about Jodie Kidd's performance is concentrating on the wrong elements of her chassis.

Why do people think high performance cars are supposed to be driven in London! Cars are used to get out of London! I love the R8! The Corvette is nice but too brash and perfect car to show off and driven in 1st or 2nd gear in London!

Edit arrgh to many adverts!

Environment changes, but attitude remains.
I am enjoying the Amazon more than I did the NSX. More of an event. Plus obviously less negalive reactions.

This XJ-S section, it's excrutiatingly cringeworthy. All in my opinion.

The Amilcar is better off where he found it? I disagree, should be brought back to a driveable condition and used accordingly.

I'm enjoying it so far. It isn't as slick as Top Gear but it's
a better motoring show IMHO. Top Gear is now for teenage fanboys who believe everything they see on the show is true.
