In no particular order...
Dr Strangelove - Because I do love the bomb

Buffalo Soldiers - Black comedy at it's best, with a cold war twist
Blackhawk Down - War movie benchmark
Dambusters - Just because
Apocalypse Now Redux - Conrad meets Vietnam
The Terminator - Ahead of it's time, and by far the best of the series
Alien - The perfect monster movie
Scarface - Some classic lines
Natural Born Killers - Brilliant media satire

Zulu. Can anyone think of any film, that has been watched by more people so many times over?

It's impossible to limit one's favourite films to just 10 even if one cheats a little like you did.
I'd add Witness. Although Ford was miscast, he put in one of his best performances. The imagery was wonderful, with the road out, and in of course, seemingly in the background even when it wasn't in the picture. The barn raising was so well done. Kelly McGuinness takes her top off so something for the intellectuals. A faultless film although I wonder why they went for Ford.
Kind hearts and coronets. A brilliant black comedy. The script was wonderful.
Yes, this top 10 thing is truly elusive. Some while ago self and daughter attemted to do personal top 40's , for music. Any period any genre. We gave up after a month, hopeless. The most telling thing was that we both had less than a handful of post 1990 material. I'd add Witness. Although Ford was miscast, he put in one of his best performances. Not seen Witness. Must give it a go sometime.
I'd rate movies in how they make me stop doing things and watch them, whether the first time or the twentieth time I've put it on. Also, films that make you think.
For me, it's this;
Ben Hur (Heston - What better way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon with a hangover?)
Groundhog Day
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (such a great movie - it's got everything. The 'leap of faith' took my breath away at the cinema)
Aliens
Schindler's List
Shawshank Redemption
The Truman Show (great concept)
The Terminator (so raw)
The Matrix (again, a great concept)
Back to the Future 3 (the train at the end was one of the best cinema effects I'd ever seen!)

Not the most popular list (and in no particular order) I dare say, but I could quite happily watch these over and over.
The Pink Panther (1963)
A Shot In The Dark
Enter The Dragon
The Gumball Rally
The Cannonball Run
Murder By Death
The Ninth Gate
The Italian Job (1969)
The Maltese Falcon
The Big Sleep (1946)

Apollo 13
Wall Street
The Empire Strikes Back
Fatal Attraction
Goodfellas
Casino
Moonraker
Armageddon
Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan
These are the ones I can (and do) watch over and over again. In fact, if they were the only movies I could ever watch I'd be happy. (Though I'd really want to be able to watch all of the Star Trek movies right up to and including the first of the new ones. (Except Star Trek V of course).
