In tonight's episode; a man hopes to raise money from a classic car collection to avoid losing his mansion. On in a mo.
Hmm. A new Mustang and a few year old DB7 so far...Vintage car collection? Yeah, right.
The man is a buffoon.

I don't know why I watch this program as I get so cross with these people that want a few quid for heirlooms for quick wins, like a holiday. Yeah I get it that if you need a chunk of cash for something important it would be hard to not sell things, but these people don't show any sign of being fussed about the history, on,l the money.
As my old man says, "they know the cost of everything but the value of nothing."

I came on here to ask the same thing. With the big money deals i'm assuming HMRC would have an interest in a bit of it?
I wouldn't have thought of it on a private sale like that, but an I.F.A. on Twitter mentioned it and looking at HMRC's website it looks as though she's right ![frown](/inc/images/frown.gif)

I feel sorry for the kids with parents like that. He sold his company to live his dream then pissed away all the money. You reap what you sow. Idiot
