I am really enjoying this, a fantastic series. I was a bit disappointed originally when he started the affair with Julia as this seemed far fetched
Not really when you consider that Alan Johnson's protection officer started an affair with Johnson's wife when Johnson was Home Secretary.......

I watched ep1 live then caught up with the rest as a binge watch on iplayer. I knew the junior aide would make a reappearance after her comment just before she got into that LR. Enjoyed it so far but have found myself shouting at the TV on occasion. The lead is more wooden that a wooden thing.

FFS.

Don’t have Netflix.

Sky bought 24 from BBc2 all those years ago which was a massive hit.
Now this one gone too.

Please BBC put up the licence fee and make over 7t pay the full fee

They would have to put it up by a massive amount to compete. The world of media is changing so unless they go commercial and global they can never compete just on the licence fee.

Lord Hall, in his speech to the RTS, said that Netflix's £8 billion content budget, and Amazon's £5 billion, dwarf those of British broadcasters whose joint budget is £2.5 billion.

Started watching this after hearing my missus scream OMG down the phone (she was watching episode 2 instead of talking to me)

Wow, this is brilliant - I am up to 4 now (I think) and had to turn the TV off as I couldn't stop (also phworr how horny is this show?!)

WTF you had to turn it off mid show? Diddums maybe a PG is more suitable wink.

You should watch Peaky Blinders

Peaky blinders is Parp. Was ok whilst Sam Neill was in it but lost its way after that.

which is odd because he was pretty punchy in Game of Thrones. Maybe the script here called for him to act with all the dynamism of a plank of wood. Personally I preferred his charisma when he saw his wife have his baby stabbed to death in her stomach at the Red Wedding.
