I see Walkers have managed to produced another singularly unfunny crisps advert with Mariah Carey. Just dreadful.
At least they've not given the sanctimonious tax-avoider more cash...

True. Wonder how much they paid MC for her ‘acting’.

Everyone to their own. Personally I find it really grating.

Asda seem to be flogging their full length Christmas ad to death already. On Quest and the other FTA channels it was on every break. Presumably to try and counter the bad press of potentially firing 20,000 staff on the run-up to Christmas. The full Hollywood orchestral track isn't really doing it.
I believe it made it's debut last night so I assume it will calm down a bit.
it's the first week of November so all the Christmas ads are going to start filtering through. Studio started theirs, plugging to buy personalised stuff for your kids on credit, right at the start of October. Very seem to have kicked their animated ad off this weekend too.

You'll really know it's getting saturated when the Park adverts start asking you to plan ahead for Christmas in 2021, 2022 & 2023 hehe

I'm looking forward to Aldi again with Kevin The Carrot - the early promos are showing it as a Peaky Blinders style spoof with B.Russell Sprout & the "Leafy Blinders" trying to take back control of Christmas hehe

I love Kevin the Carrot and the grumpy parsnip. My kids bought me the "cuddly" toy of the parsnip last Christmas. Said it had the looks and demeanor of me to a tee!!

Just caught the end of an Argos advert, remember when Bill Bailey refereed to the Argos book as the Laminated Book of Dreams, their advert just now used the tag line "The Book of Dreams"

hehe

Just caught this for the first time and I really hate the way she pretends to nibble a tiny bit out of the crisp. Let the bloke have the bag, at least he's going to eat the things.

I thought she pretty much looked like Mariah Carey always had, her regime is probably similar to Vladimir Lenins to keep looking like that.

She is older than me as well, just checked (ok a few months), at 49 declaring MILF gets harder (fnarr).

Tesco club points or something using the final airport "hill of beans" scene from Casablanca and dubbing the voices. Sacrilege.

Oh yes. All the proof you ever need that advertising agencies are absolute s.
