Danny dc2 and team prawn are still putting out really good race videos.
Going to be interesting what dan races this season , will he get something in a ginetta , will his integra return , will something entirety different end up in thunder saloons ?
Yes, Dan the "triple champion" is still entertaining whatever he races - I think the focus maybe on rally cars also, as he did pretty good in that arena too.Going to be interesting what dan races this season , will he get something in a ginetta , will his integra return , will something entirety different end up in thunder saloons ?
(I loved the video recently of him collecting the tropheys and managing to drop one as he had so many!)

Is anyone else here just so bored of Joe Achilles channel?
It just seems the same st over and over again. Even as a BMW fan myself, I just feel that it's so dull.
He should consider branching out to other brands but then he will look desperate for views and attention and basically admitting that being an unpaid (by BMW) BMW advert channel was a bad move.
His channel has lost its way, but I don’t know where everyone gets that he is an unofficial BMW salesman? It just seems the same st over and over again. Even as a BMW fan myself, I just feel that it's so dull.

He is a a BMW fan admittedly but saying he should branch out is a bit silly really - his recent videos not of his own cars contains cupras, Audis, Porsches and even a Ford ranger.
I’ve said it before but his channel has lots it’s way as there is only so may times you can do a 25-30min review of a variant of a car you have already reviewed, or a 35 min collection video of a car you have already owned 3 times previously, so only hardcore fans are going to tune in. Some of his views are pretty poor considering the size of his channel.
I don’t think it helped that he blew up his M2 as any track day/upgrade content for it was basically lost for a year which probably dented his content plans for the year quite significantly.

I like Danny but his workshop videos have a certain chaotic energy about them that makes me feel oddly anxious. For someone who's successfully built a number of race cars he's not afraid to show himself half-assing fairly basic jobs like the trackrods on his daily.
I agree his workshop videos have a very different feel, but i like the honesty to them also. For somebody to expose their thought process like he does makes it relatable and authentic to me. They are a bit overlong at the moment for the amount of progress being made. He does howeverer often have the best musical taste of any car you tuber. We had Adam F "Circles" in the background yesterday.ChocolateFrog said:
The Mansory wheel centre cap actually seemed like reasonably good value.
It was interesting about the accident and the insurance details, but how fast was he driving, or what car was the old lady driving, how poor a driver is he for losing control! I know there is MUCH more to what happened but it's a two tonne Rolls that got hit by another car and spun out for a fair distance. Not sure how I feel about destroying another Rolls either.
I also think he should keep the car once it's finished.

Speculation but there's now way he was doing less than 50/60 and probably more like 80/90.
If the speed couldn't be proved then the she's copping for it.

Also,I have never hit the [like] button. What's the point of that? If I like it I will watch more and if I don't I have already moved on to something else.
I always hit 'like' so I know I've watched a video, as the red underline doesn't (for me) always appear. Unless of course I don't like it...LARK F1 GTR said:
I also watched this one yesterday from Top Dead Center. I really like this channel! The shocked faces are cringey, but they know what they're doing as this isn't their first rodeo.
I started this one and found myself doing a lot of skipping to get to the interesting bits. Being randomly gifted parts and stealing a steering wheel from alex's mx5. Lots of wahey and cheering every time they got something right. It was really struggling to hold my attention towards the end.LARK F1 GTR said:
The latest Salvage Rebuilds UK one, ouch!! Mind you there was a big patch of oil under it on the driveway.
First thing I spotted, TBH it felt more like an advert for the breakers what are the chances they had exactly the same engine in a cat B already to go.Dave200 said:

I just honestly hope that they don't end up like all the other major channels where they just keep on buying project cars, doing a couple of videos, and then allowing them to disappear into obscurity.
Thing is once they're done and they've done a road trip/track day in them what else is there to do with them? If people watch for the rebuild anything afterwards will be irrelevant to them. If folk want to watch for the road trips they won't be interested in the rebuild. thecremeegg said:
I quite enjoy it, though they, like a lot of others, need to learn from mat Armstrong and put more content in a video. He does LOADS usually during the course of a video, but these other channels just try and milk it for as many videos as possible.
The Mr Beast effect. And yes it does work. Chris Slix is more on this end of things as well. He has another project as well now. He's a wee bit more technical than Matt in the videos if that's your bag. Both good IMHO. TDC the first one was good but other than a mashed loom it's but actually that big of a project compared to the accident damaged stuff.
