Didnt like or that uncomfortable feeling?

I felt uncomfortable watching it but thought it very good and the acting from the little lad was fantastic.
More uncomfortable, it almost felt like you were spying on them on top of what they were going through.

Good Girls Revolt

Basically "Mad Men" for girls.

Set in 60s American from the POV of a group of women working in a weekly news magazine.

My wife enjoys it more than me but I am enjoying it

Saw the link for this in the Netflix thread and as I've just got prime to watch a certain motoring show am looking for what else...

Any stand out shows like Narcos, Marco Polo etc to look out for?

I suppose the asnwer is to start at page one and have a read.

Preacher is very good, if you liked the comics. However, it doesn't follow them exactly, and you may wonder what is going on. If you don't know the characters, you may think that it is quite slow, and I guess you could have a point - but stick with it.

Californication was excellent for any number of reasons, including Hank, his wife, and his car.

I like Last Man on Earth and Parks and Recreation, I have a suspicion that Ron Swanson is a regular NPE contributor.

Enjoying this. My wife scoffed when I started watching it but she's become as hooked as I am.

I've been trying for ages, but can't sneak this past the "it's about what!?" gatekeeper.

So we just watch Bad Moms and Bridesmaids on alternate days instead. I sit in the dark kitchen and sharpen my knife.

I might have to tell her it's about a kitten rescue service who fall in love with each other, and hope she forgets about that by the time Halt and Catch Fire gets good.

Might try this - the other half enjoyed the 'Making of Broken Age' series from DoubleFine, so this might fly.

It's one of those rare shows where each season just keeps getting better and better, the last season was excellent.

If you like Fred Forsyth/Terry Hayes style espionage, French series The Bureau is one of the best things on Amazon.
Second both of these.

Great show-the devil retires to LA, to help the cops punish the wicked. Great drama but pretty funny too
