I tried and couldn't get into it. It's not that I dislike zombie shows - I enjoyed WWZ, Army of the Dead, Zombieland, 28DL and it's sequel but zombie TV series become so one-dimensional so quickly. I really wanted to like TWD and watched most of the first series before giving up because the story was on a loop. I have watched the first two of this new series and I can't see anything new.

Production values were amazing though - got to hand it to them for that.

Have you played the game? I ask, as the “zombie” storyline isn’t really the main story to the game. I won’t say more as it’s a spoiler, but I’d stick with it and see how the story unfolds.

I am loving this.

It's got a real "Fallout" vibe going - I can only hope the Fallout TV series is anywhere near as good.

I watched 1 tonight, really good stuff. I've played the first part of the game, I think I'll pick it up again (maybe in easy hehe ). I'll probably watch 2 tomorrow. This YouTube channel is a doctor who gives the medical side of what happens in films and TV shows fights, injuries, causes of death etc, he's done episode 1, the reaction to granny about 7 minutes in is great biggrin

Feel like that episode was the first big deviation story wise and was better for it.

Enjoyed episode 3, wouldn't have minded if they progressed the main story a bit more but was good nonetheless.

At first I thought it wasnt a necessary storyline, but by the end of e3 I was really pleased they had included bill and his partner. Thought it was a really intresting deviation.

I'm afraid two hairy arsed blokes getting it on doesn't ring my bell.

Well, what an episode.
Yes it’s not like the game, but I think that was much better.

Must say that comment made me giggle.
I’m no homophobe, but admittedly watching a couple of those scenes had me squint slightly.

But overall another great episode. Having played the game I didn’t expect an episode of the show to have this sort of tone. Mrs UTH was annoyed that I didn’t tell her it would be so sad. “That wasn’t in the game so don’t blame me”

Episode 3 is superb. I must admit that I was wondering where it was going but it turned into a great episode showing some normality and happiness in terrible times.
