I don't think that has been made clear. They just said that the listing was put on the build in 2011.

Don't get these two. It looks all modern and spangly, appears to have lost all character. Should of done a new build.

Halfway through wow what a lot of interest rates on such a gamble! Grade 2 listed property isnt for them, big gamble lovely view on one side of the house shame a busy road! Alot of work to get the house up to living in but could be lovely when done!
