I thought I'd give this a bump as one of my guilty pleasures re-started this evening; Doc Martin paperbag.

Pointless, the two people on it are staggering cringeworthy, as bad as Trevor and Simon. But the system has gotten to me now.

Also that Heirs programme on in the mornings.

Another one for Pointless here.

Whenever I'm off work I always seem to be in for Homes Under The Hammer.

"Diners, Drive Ins & Dives" on one of the Foody channels on Sky.. The presenter is a complete n*bber but they go to some great places.. In a similar vein (but more highbrow) the Anthony Bourdain "No Reservations" foody/travelog shows are well worth a watch too (again on "Shed" or somesuch obscure channel)..

Here's a thread to admit to all the irredeemably st telly that you inexplicably love.

Me?

Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares USA.

Utterly addictive, despite being completely formulaic. He turns up. Goes "oh my god" a lot. Eats the food. It's st. Big argument ensues. He has to go and get some air/go for a walk. Dinner service. Disaster. Tears. New menu. Fails. "Close your business!". Revamp. Triumph from jaws of defeat. Etc.
You forgot the 'where are they now' bit at the end of the credits. Normally back in the gutter!

The only show that I religiously try and catch when I'm in the UK.... don't think it's car crash TV though really, I've got some good ideas for my own renovation from the show.

Yep; the sort of thing I usually avoid, but I within a couple of minutes I was hooked.
