Ravenous.

Ed Rooney, Begbie, and Mike from Neighbours. Only time all three have ever acted together...

I've not met anyone in real life who has watched The Kings of Summer, but it's fantastic, probably the best film I watched last year.

'Un prophète' - About a French Algerian petty criminal banged up for a stretch in a prison where control is split between Arabs and Corsican mobsters.

'Gomorrah' - the threads of different peoples lives set against the in-feuding of the Neapolitan organised crime syndicate.

Great film but it's not everyone is it or am I thinking of a different film? Particularly liked the ending.

Amoros perros (Love's a bh) It's a Mexican Pulp Fiction, but so much better.

Yes. Excellent. Keitel great.

Ghost Dog is another favourite. Forest Whitaker is brilliant. Sound track also brilliant.

I watched "Basic" last night; John Travolta & Samuel L Jackson. (On Amazon Prime)
Gripping stuff. It was only near the end I realised why the plot had been difficult to follow.

I've seen that. Can't remember anything about it. There was another very similar film out at about the same time.

Not widely known/seen because it's in french with subs but had me hooked from start to finish. A beautifully photographed clever tale of two dodgy cassette tapes...
