There is often on PH some strange projection of a higher intelligence through claims of being ignorant of modern D-list celebrities. I don't find many of the contestants one bit interesting, but I know who most of them are. Maybe I am thick.
Yep, see this attitude so often and it reeks of projection.

I think they have the right set of characters to create a suitable reaction between the camp mates and the audience.

You, your wife, and your 17 year old don't know who any are except Farage? I don't believe you - if that is genuinely true, then you must live (very far) abroad, or you're TV, Radio, Magazine, Internet (etc) free. That you don't know - or even recognise - the likes of Fred S, Grace D, Hollyoaks chap, JLS chap, etc is, frankly, just not credible.
Well it’s true. Never watched Hollyoaks or seen JLS, and I don’t recognise any of those other names. The woman who reviews stuff has a face that’s vaguely familiar.

Farage is well-known. The French bloke I recognise because I’ve watched the thing with him and Gordon Ramsey.
Oh is that who is? Was he also on that First Dates programme? If so at least I know who he is, so that’s two I know of.

Glad we’ve got the ‘I’ve no idea who any of these people are’ posts out of the way rofl

God knows who these people are expecting to be on this show? Comedians from the 1970’s or the cast of coronation street from 1983 maybe??

A good line up I reckon, a good mix of personalities and Farage will really mess with some peoples heads like Matt Hancock did last year.

The MHEV Defender pretending to wheel spin away

The YouTube person Nella - just why? Sole talent is screaming.

Farage - I bet he’s got stories

Josie Gibson - along with Hammond Big Brother has a lot to answer for.

They need to do something new to shake it up a bit

We can all agree that Farage's IQ outnumbers the rest of them put together.

The well of profundity is ankle deep.

I imagine the public will keep giving him trials and he will jsut quietly do them.

Have a vested interest this year as my company sponsor the prize. That said I think it’s a good line up and knew who they all were aside from the Youtuber

I saw 4-5 minutes of it - 1 bint moaning she misses her kids, someone suggests she "has a baff", then they all stand around her in said "baff" trying to sing and dance. FFS, I'm out.

I think last night’s vote has shown that the public now has a new target for the trials. Farage might do surprisingly few in this series.
