The only actor I can think of who has had a more reliable job than Simon Gregson is Bill Roache. Most actors spend a lot of time out of work or chasing different roles until they hit it big. He landed a role at about 14 and hasn't left except for the traditional Corrie actor cocaine addiction episode and his recent fight with depression. Thoroughly deserved though and will probably be around for a long time to come.

Anyone think that Peter being robbed of his taxi scene was very poorly done? Intimidating man steps up out of the blue, immediate cut to add break, quick covid free socially distanced fight off screen, return to Peter laid on the floor without any form of income..
And now he's fallen firmly off the wagon purely because of a persistent passer by insisting he drinks.
The scripts are very contrived currently, limited way too much by the cv restrictions.
