At a guess it's down to Sky as Frozen 2 is currently on Sky Store. I think it comes to Disney+ in June/July?
ETA - found it - ""Due to other existing agreements, this title will be available on July 17, 2020."

Sky were supposed to be having a bundling deal with Disney?
Looks like some answers on the Sky Q forum. Don't have it myself.

You can access Disney+ via the app on Sky Q using an account set up directly with Disney but you won't be able to subscript via Sky yet.Looks like some answers on the Sky Q forum. Don't have it myself.

"Can I purchase Disney+ via Sky?
Currently, Disney+ cannot be purchased through Sky, although this is coming soon. To subscribe to Disney+ now, go to www.disneyplus.com."

Anyone else having buffering issues? First time watching it tonight (through an Amazon Fire Stick 4K with an 80mbps connection) and it’s buffering every 10-15 seconds?!
Edit to say I never have any buffering issues with Netflix or Amazon Prime.
We watched The Lion King using a FireStick and VM 150mbps. There was an occasional judder but definitely no buffering. I assumed the judder was at their end because of all the people streaming Disney stuff (but I am a tech noob so that could be complete rubbish)Edit to say I never have any buffering issues with Netflix or Amazon Prime.

Some of the little Pixar shorts make nice bedtime stories, we're trying to mix things up with the kids at the moment to keep interesting for them so last night we had a snuggle in our bed and watched a couple instead of the regular story time.
La Luna was my favourite.

I just got a fire stick 4K. What a piece of kit for £50!
Has all of the streaming services on it rather than a few which can happen on some.
Disney
Netflix
Prime
BBC iPlayer
Apple TV - good to have our iTunes library here on the same device.
Plus things like channel 4 etc which we don’t use but still there.
Very impressed (albeit I did remove the microphone from the remote to disable Alexa)
