Close Encounters - Come on now, how scary is the alien abduction of the child!!
BladeRunner - Orginal please as I like the monologue (but wish they'd added the unicorn dream sequence so you began to think Deckard was a replicant too e.g. the little tinfoil unicorn). Hey I remember reading the book Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and in it Deckard keeps typing into a portable device to reseach things, I thought that was so cool and far out and now.....we have iphone and the like.
Star Trek II Wrath of Khan - Kirk at his best... "Kaaahhhhhhnnnnnnnn"
Kinda liked Abyss too but maybe not the amongst the best of all time.
