My father recommended Bosch when we talking about Reacher.

Downloaded all 7 series and as of last night I'm on series 7, episode 7, so only 2 left to go.

It's been a mix of binge and watching when I could over the last 3 weeks but I've enjoyed it immensely. Only one jarring aspect for me is how wooden Irving (sp?) and how he walks like he's pooped himself! But other than that generally superb. Not fast paced as such, but keeps moving along the various storylines.

Would recommend.

I will be checking out the Bosch legacy stuff mentioned above immediately!

ETA: Just watched the trailer, I'm in! More Maddie, and Bosch off the leash. Looks perfect!

I love the Bosch novels and really enjoyed the TV series, but this feels a little too off the reservation to me.

Hopefully, it'll be as strong, but I'm not sure it'll work as well.

I'll give it a go, though, for sure!

I understand it’ll be on the IMDB channel within Prime, which is a channel with adverts apparently but haven’t watched anything on there so don’t know the frequency / length of the breaks.

Looks like it doesn't require extra payment if you have Prime. Of course there are adverts, depends how intrusive.

We have Prime and had a look at what's on Imdb channel cthere, based on a quick scroll round Bosch will be the best thing by several country miles.

I'd not heard of Bosch until it was highly praised on another thread a couple of months ago. I thought I'd give it a try and in 2 or 3 weeks I'd watched it all, so thanks to whoever it was.

When I found out there was going to be more and it started soon

Really looking forward to it.
