Probably very un-PH, but 1 of my favorite all time films is on right now, Despicable me.
Daft, childish and Minions. Whats not too like?

I thought that was the official PH film?
Old, bald, fat white guy who thinks he knows everything and is a badass?

Happened to see 'Wild Target' on TV last night - much more entertaining than I expected, some very funny moments. Quite enjoyed it really.
Oh - I missed that and would have wanted to watch it. I presume with Bill Nighy who is always good value. A funny film and glad you enjoyed it.
I would suggest the original French version starring Jean Rochefort is also good and a really funny ending with the cat.

Deadpool - Fell asleep before for the end as I put it on late in the week, but the majority is aw was good, felt different to most films of this genre, funny at times too. Will finish it soon but from what I saw - 7.5/10

Dope - recommended by a mate, not terrible, quite well shot, decent soundtrack. At times it showed promise but kept going off track, it felt like they didn't know what the main point of the film was - 5.5/10

Drive - pretty much one of my favourite films, it's just brilliant - 10/10

You're not wrong there. He's one of those actors who, whilst prolific and seemingly happy to be in anything, has rarely made a bad film. yes

I watched 'Her' tonight. I love Joaquín Phoenix anyway....never takes a safe role....I didn't think it would engage me, but thr cinematography and setting worked well with the story.

People seem to have a low opinion of Prometheus but I thought it was a work of art. Delightfully chilling.
