Complete with a rather remarkable lack of text speak and even some correctly used apostrophes thrown in for good measure.

I was impressed with how far he went out of his way to help George, whilst he plays up a lot for the cameras i do think nev genuinely cares for his employees.

I have never worked in sales which is why the concept of being happy and positive gets people to buy (or even listen!) seems strange. I have never paid any attention to any of the numerous cold calls I have received, though I guess that must mean only the miserable Georges call me.

Fair play to Nev for building what he has, but I wouldn't be able to stomach working for him or any of his management team.

From my mate about the tattoo girl "That Ursula on there beat up her step father and was in the paper. She also said on Facebook "you look like Madeleine McCann getting raped". I think she's taken herself off Facebook now. She's poison!"

Nice girl....
Looks like she is still on Facebook
Was she interviewed by Nev? if so, his mobile number is clearly visible on Facebook should anyone want it

smile

At the end of the day, he has (as far as I can tell) built a very successfull multi million pound business, and I cannot believe you cannot do that without a certain level of skill.

I've only seen bits of EP1. Was George the Ginger guy with the stutter? If so, yes, also impressed smile Not sure if a Call Centre job was ideal for him though but good luck to him for being a trier.

Have to say I felt sorry for Ursula - I think she has issues which shouldn't have been exposed on national TV.

Nope, the ginger guy with the stutter is Stuart, George is the guy from the first series with a beard and glasses.

I know what you mean with Ursula but she knew what she was letting herself in for and looking at her remarkably open social media accounts I get the feeling she got what she wanted.

Her (not particularly active) Twitter account makes interesting reading. Filed under "girls you probably wouldn't introduce to your mum"

Few tidy new additions on this series. Do like his HR woman, Abii.

I love this series as much as I detest what they do.

As I think others have said. Nev's heart is in the right place imo. Not sure if I'd like to work for him but he means well (or comes across that way)

Dwayne's drive in life was to pay for his Audi A3 out right in cash. Looked like a bog standard model with wheel trims. NICE!!

What a way to boost the sales team morale.
We discussed this before. Apparently it is a 1.6 petrol, boggo standard from a well known car supermarket.
With a name like Dwayne what would you expect!

Poor George did not seem too adept at sorting the post out either but credit to Nev for not booting him out completely. Sure Hayley started off on the phones but tea making was more her forte!
